2019, You Are Amazing!

Before I welcome another year, join me as I take a look back on my 2019.

On the 1st of January 2019, I claimed that this year will be about taking chances, being spontaneous and enjoying the moment. I made it my life mantra and I’m glad that I really live life to the fullest this year.

A lot of things happened: I got my first and second tattoo, not knowing that I will be getting my third, fourth and fifth tattoos all on the same year. I went back to my homeland after 5 long years to attend the first wedding of the family. I also travelled a lot of small and big cities this year. “Travel at least 2 countries,” I’ve written this in my planner on January 1 and I’m blessed that I’m ending my 2019 with 5 countries and 35 cities visited. I also represented our company at Premiere Vision – the global event for fashion professionals in Paris. These are just a few of the things that happened this year, I might be needing a week to sum it all up.

2019 is my favorite year so far because this year, I fully embraced living the life without regrets and hesitations. I learned a lot from the smallest to the biggest things. The most important lesson that I learned this year is how to find a peace of mind, especially when it comes to stressful situations. Of course, there are times when I feel down, exhausted and frustrated, but still I choose to go on, analyze things much further and look at the bright side. Wow, it has been an amazing journey, and a year full of blessings. It’s true that when God provides, it’s more than what we’ve asked for. I couldn’t be thankful enough for everything that has happened this year.

I’m so excited for what 2020 has in store for me. I know that the first months will be tough and hard, but I am so ready! There’s no holding back! Here’s to committing to the daily pursuit of my dreams, taking risks, being brave and to exploring more beautiful places. May 2020 be filled with encouragement and support. Let us encourage one another to feel good about ourselves, and be proud of what we achieve. Let’s build each other up and never bring other people down.
