I have experienced some health problems lately because I have been dieting too much to achieve my summer body goal. Most of the time, I don’t see who I want to be in the mirror, but I learned that acceptance should always follow. I used to hate looking at my body in the mirror. I hated my belly and my arms, and then I started dieting again. I often starve myself to death, thinking I will gain weight if I eat this or that. Never did I think that I’m doing it the wrong way. Like other people, I have a misconception of the word “SEXY.” Over the days, I have realized things, and personally think that being sexy isn’t about how you look, or what shape you’re in, it’s about how you feel about yourself. Every woman must know how to carry herself like a lady, feel good about it and accept what God had given her. Of course insecurities will come along the way, but a woman should know how to stand on her own feet and overcome it. Confidence makes a woman sexy! Sexiness is so much more than physical. It’s about being comfortable, and being yourself.
